It seems that Microsoft may have it's dirty little hands in the cookie jar again. Apparently, they've learned nothing the first time around. The long standing legal battle between SCO and IBM have shifted focus to Microsoft and it's possible involvment in bankrolling SCO's attack on Linux and the Open Source Community. The motive? Linux is a threat to Microsoft's empire and Gates will not sit idly by as he comes to realize the products he's been hawking are truly inferior. Head over to Groklaw and read all about it.
